Back in 2005, I was a student in Australia on a tight visa and a tighter budget. The only job I could land was in direct sales—
A tough 100% commission role with no base salary, no leads, and no mercy.

I struggled.
I failed.
I came home most nights with zero sales and zero self-worth.
I dreaded team meetings. I was invisible, often mocked, and even physically bullied once. Worst of all — I felt fake. I was trying to sell like the loud, extroverted top performers around me. It drained me.

I began believing I was just not cut out for sales.

Until one day, I met — a calm, composed, introverted team leader who closed deals without the show.
No flash. No hype. Just clarity, calm, and quiet conviction.

That day, a seed was planted:

"Maybe I can do this too… by being myself."

I studied his methods, observed his approach, and soon started applying my own quiet strength into my selling.
And everything began to change.

I started closing 3… then 4… then 6 deals a day.
Eventually, I broke the company record by closing 52 customers in one week — more than double the average of top performers.

I went from last on the leaderboard to the #1 sales performer for my campaign in the whole country with over 500 sales reps.
But more importantly…I found my voice, confidence, and calling.

I rose to leadership, trained and coached new recruits, and built top-performing sales consultants.
Over the next few years, I won 3 consecutive leadership awards for training others and duplicating my own success.

I realized — my real gift wasn’t just selling. It was teaching others how to sell authentically.

In 2016, I decided to go full-time into sales coaching and training.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege to:

✅ Design, develop & deliver sales training programs for global organizations and top-tier brands such as Google, Singapore Airlines, and INSEAD.
✅ Train over 1,000+ professionals across India, Singapore, and Australia.
✅ Help quiet, ethical professionals find their sales voice without faking it.
